What you will do

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for technical storytelling, demos, and product experiences across Okta and Auth0 portfolios.
• Create high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate how Okta secures AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Implement AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate demo and content creation and scale output.
• Lead, mentor, and grow two pods of Demo & Experience Architects and Technical Content Specialists.
• Partner with Product Management to ensure technical accuracy and influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Competitive Intelligence to equip the field with differentiated technical proof points.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical product functions (Technical PMM, SE, or PM) within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in building technical demos and PoCs for both enterprise and developer audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-powered tools and a strong understanding of the agentic AI landscape.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives.
• Must be based in one of the specified office locations: Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Toronto.
