What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities to improve service delivery, analyst productivity, and customer outcomes.
• Define problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics for internal and customer-facing AI solutions.
• Lead the design of AI-powered workflows, including retrieval-based systems, copilots, and bounded agent behaviors.
• Collaborate with engineering to prototype and refine AI solutions in production-adjacent environments.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to measure solution quality, trust, business impact, and operational risk.
• Transition validated AI capabilities into internal platforms, packaged services, or productized offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience integrating threat intelligence and vulnerability data into products.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver security-focused agentic AI projects (e.g., Karpathic loop, Level 3 agentic processing).
• Experience delivering retrieval-based systems and copilots with human oversight.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional execution and influence senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional/Managed Services, Support, or threat operations.
• Track record of scaling AI-assisted workflow products with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance and production rollout quality controls.
