What you will do

• Produce and develop visual assets, images, and video content for various platforms, including websites and social media.
• Manage full video production workflows using cinema cameras and post-production tools like DaVinci Resolve and Unreal Engine.
• Design, set up, and operate comprehensive AV systems, including audio, lighting, projection, and stage equipment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define AV requirements for in-person, hybrid, and remote events.
• Act as a core technical operator in roles such as V1, A1, LD, or show caller as required.
• Conduct regular maintenance, diagnostics, and quality checks on all studio and event technical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of professional experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical roles such as TD, A1, V1, EIC, editor, Director of Photography, or broadcast engineer.
• Proven track record of AV production in large-format spaces like convention centers, hotels, or theaters.
• Proficiency in current industry standards for AV technology and multi-media production workflows.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
