Global Head of Strategic Sourcing, SVP - Procurement

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; full-time office-based role

Expected annual base salary: $200,000–$250,000, with additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead global sourcing strategies across technology, non-technology, and market data categories.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, action plans, and ethical vendor partnerships.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and optimize contract terms in partnership with legal teams.
• Review sourcing processes, drive continuous improvement, and implement productivity solutions with technology teams.
• Define and publish sourcing KPIs to measure effectiveness and business impact.
• Manage, develop, and grow category managers and buyers while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 10 years managing and developing sourcing teams.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier analysis, contracting, and RFx activities.
• Demonstrated success managing complex global sourcing projects and negotiations.
• Strong financial, business, analytical, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build, motivate, and lead distributed and virtual teams in international, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance/Accounting, or Business Administration.
