What you will do

• Lead and scale RTM, CCM, and PCM clinical operations while defining quality benchmarks and protocols.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a distributed team of over 50 clinicians and care staff.
• Establish a data-driven operational cadence including capacity planning, utilization tracking, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to standardize and integrate clinical workflows.
• Design and implement operational controls and policies to support rapid growth and remove bottlenecks.
• Drive the expansion of new service verticals and design go-to-market operational models to increase revenue.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in operations or clinical operations management, specifically in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of building scalable operational processes and performance management systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and technology-enabled care models (familiarity with RTM, CCM, or PCM is strongly preferred).
• Strong foundation in business analytics, including statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business analytics is strongly preferred.
• Location: Must be based in New York City
