What you will do

• Develop and enhance the integrated risk management system to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
• Ensure group-level risk-bearing capacity aligned with business targets and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the risk landscape and integrate new developments such as CSRD, ESG, and EU taxonomy.
• Establish and moderate a group-wide risk committee, including content preparation and action follow-up.
• Serve as the central point of contact for Internal Audit, Compliance, HSEQ, IT, and Legal.
• Manage external risk reporting for the annual financial statements.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business law, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in risk management, ideally within a publicly listed international industrial company.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements including IFRS, CSRD, and IDW PS 340 n.F.
• Strategic thinking combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
