• Perform deep market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modelling including LBOs.

• Support SPA negotiations and acquisition financing.
• Act as a non-executive board member to support portfolio companies with growth and operational strategies.
• Improve investment workflows through the application of customized AI tools.

• 2+ years of experience in private equity, corporate M&A, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, LBOs, and due diligence.
• Fluent in German and English
