TL;DR

Associate, Fund Management (Real Estate): Managing the full lifecycle of institutional real estate funds with an accent on financial planning, controlling, and operational execution. Focus on driving liquidity planning, coordinating performance reporting, and supporting the execution of acquisitions and disposals.

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid - must spend at least four full days each week in the office)

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between Fund Management and internal stakeholders in Accounting, Finance, ESG, and Transactions.
• Support the execution of real estate acquisitions and disposals, including the development of structured investment memoranda.
• Manage liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting, monitoring fund-level cash movements across complex structures.
• Conduct performance analysis, prepare regular fund reports, and contribute to investor presentations.
• Maintain fund databases to ensure high data quality and support data room preparation for due diligence.
• Engage professionally with institutional investors, advisors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and confident in English communication.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany.
• Relevant entry-level experience (internships or working student roles) is a plus.
