TL;DR

Location: On-site in Cheyenne (3470 W. Cheyenne Road, Suite 400)
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour + bonus structure

What you will do
- Run regular alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and required group sessions.
- Perform intake/readmission services and provide supportive follow-up counseling.
- Collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information to support treatment planning.
- Develop, revise, and maintain patient treatment plans and comprehensive records.
- Provide crisis intervention, make referrals, and coordinate care with community providers as needed.
- Complete OBOT services, handle inter-agency documentation, and ensure adherence to program policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Licensure/certification: CADC, LADC, LMFT, LSMW CPC, or LCPC.
- Meet state requirements for human services degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) and current counseling credentials.
- Ability to make decisions and use proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Ability to respond quickly in stressful situations and seek direction from supervisors when necessary.
- Knowledge of substance abuse population and treatment planning, including human social services to support rehabilitation.
- Compliance with federal and state regulations related to certification, licensure, and degree.
