What you will do

• Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment to patients and families.
• Use measurement-based care to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other care team members (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).
• Facilitate skills or skills practice groups based on the hirify.global curriculum (CBT with elements of ACT and PMT).
• Maintain awareness of risk management issues and complete timely, thorough documentation.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings on evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery; provide feedback on curricula, training protocols, and technology applications.

Requirements

• Licensure in Pennsylvania appropriate to the clinical discipline (LCSW or LPC with a Master’s degree).
• LCSW from an accredited school of social work, or LPC & Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Strong background treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience and training delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with new technologies.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
