Salary: $22.75 - $24.20 per hour.

What you will do

• Identify and secure safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for refugee clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers.
• Coordinate housing logistics, including furniture delivery, utility hook-ups, and lease signings.
• Implement procurement protocols and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Conduct home safety inspections and provide client orientations.
• Travel within the service area to transport clients and materials as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Richmond, VA or surrounding area.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to regularly lift approximately 50 lbs.
