What you will do

• Collaborate with design and controls teams to define validation requirements and influence design decisions.
• Plan and execute laboratory and system-level testing for drivetrain components.
• Instrument test units and define data acquisition requirements.
• Analyze test data to evaluate performance, durability, and reliability against requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform failure analysis.
• Document test procedures and results in technical reports to support engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
• Must be based in Mossville, IL (no relocation assistance provided).

• Experience with durability, performance, and environmental testing.
