What you will do

• Lead test tasks while tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Derive plans, approaches, and procedures for complex integration and test problems.
• Develop control software and work with a wide variety of test instrumentation.
• Identify system-level technical risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Contribute high-quality technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 5-7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Cambridge, MA office.
• Ability to travel (up to 25%) to support testing efforts.
• Must be eligible to acquire and maintain an active government security clearance.
• Strong history of test definition, planning, execution, and reporting.
