What you will do
- Own and maximize ROAS across all paid channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Develop and implement growth strategies based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU.
- Design and execute optimal campaign structures, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new selling angles and messaging.
- Build and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworks using Tableau and GA.
- Manage the testing roadmap, including A/B tests, geo-expansion, and channel scaling.
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app).
- Proven track record of maximizing ROI and scaling paid acquisition.
- Deep platform expertise across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
