TL;DR

Lead User Acquisition Manager (D2C): Scaling paid acquisition for D2C subscription products with an accent on maximizing ROI and ROAS across paid channels. Focus on developing growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios, optimizing campaign structures, and iterating on high-performing ad creatives.

Location: Remote (Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET). Target locations include Serbia, EU, Georgia, Montenegro, and Ukraine.

What you will do

  • Own and maximize ROAS across all paid channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies based on LTV:CAC ratios and ARPU.
  • Design and execute optimal campaign structures, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new selling angles and messaging.
  • Build and maintain performance reporting and attribution frameworks using Tableau and GA.
  • Manage the testing roadmap, including A/B tests, geo-expansion, and channel scaling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app).
  • Proven track record of maximizing ROI and scaling paid acquisition.
  • Deep platform expertise across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
  • Must be located within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
