What you will do

• Lead the architecture and development of large-scale web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Drive technical decisions regarding frontend scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Build and evolve design systems, reusable component libraries, and shared frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, CMS platforms, and third-party services.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 7–10+ years of experience building and leading large-scale web applications.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Strong frontend architecture experience, including component-driven development and micro-frontends.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) required.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and supporting engineering teams.
• If holding an Engineering degree, must present a professional license (COPNIA).
