What you will do

• Lead implementation of high-fidelity UI including animations and business logic using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Architect and integrate headless CMS solutions like Sanity for seamless content delivery
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems using Atomic Design principles and Storybook
• Mentor front-end engineers on code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams for feasible, pixel-perfect execution

Requirements

• Located in LatAm
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern styling (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules)
• Strong experience with headless CMS (Sanity.io, GROQ/GraphQL), migrations from WordPress/AEM
• Solid state management (Zustand, Redux, XState) and front-end testing
• Proven leadership of distributed teams in Agile/SCRUM
