What you will do
- Act as the front end technical lead for cross-functional, agile teams building high-impact web applications.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish code standards for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to deliver delightful, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Write high-quality, testable code and perform thoughtful code reviews.
- Champion modern frontend technologies, developer tools, and patterns to evolve the stack.
- Mentor and elevate engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend development experience, including 3+ years of React experience (state management, animations, and Webpack).
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend framework knowledge.
- Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end.
- Strong focus on design systems, performance optimization, and user experience quality.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process.
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
