What you will do

• Handle client inquiries and collaborate with global processing teams to resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Manage assigned client relationships as a single point of contact to ensure consistent service.
• Conduct hirify.global University (GSU) classes to educate clients on asset servicing events.
• Liaise with technology teams to implement solutions based on client needs and requests.
• Collaborate with Prime Brokerage representatives to organize and run the annual Client Seminar and Networking Event.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with 1+ year of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with corporate action event processing or middle office functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas.
• Experience preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines.
