Clinical Project Manager II

TL;DR

Clinical Project Manager II (Clinical Operations): Leading and managing early and late phase clinical imaging research projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Focus on coordinating study planning, managing financial tracking and forecasting, and serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors and clinical CRO partners.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hammersmith Hospital) for hybrid work.

What you will do

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of clinical studies including start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
• Lead and manage imaging projects across various phases of clinical trials.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and revenue forecasting to ensure quality and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, facilitating regular updates and meetings.
• Oversee financial tracking, contract specifications, and budget reconciliation for assigned projects.
• Mentor junior project managers and support business development activities including proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific subject or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, or hospital environments.
• Working knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in strict compliance with SOPs and regulatory protocols.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in medical imaging.
