What you will do
- Define and evolve the global approach to accelerated development for high-potential talent.
- Design modular leadership journeys using design thinking and analytical insights.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for cohorts, including diagnostics, onboarding, and impact tracking.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-own development initiatives for future successors.
- Integrate modern learning modalities such as simulations, peer learning, and AI-driven nudges.
- Translate assessment data into personalized feedback and organizational insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, OD, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in project managing learning experiences for international cohorts.
- Proven ability to design and develop scalable organizational development interventions.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and sustain development initiatives.
- Strong end-to-end program management skills including planning, logistics, and multi-cohort delivery.
- Experience managing external partners such as content providers and executive coaches.
Nice to have
- Certifications in leadership development instruments (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry).
- Instructional design experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled learning technologies.
- Project and change management methodologies.
- International and intercultural work experience.
