Location: Must be based in Danvers, Massachusetts, USA (Onsite 5 days/week)

Salary: $83,200 - $124,800 USD

What you will do

  • Review and optimize manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
  • Design efficient machine arrangements and define sequences of operations for tool fabrication.
  • Inspect machinery performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
  • Develop and apply statistical process control techniques to manufacturing workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams regarding design concepts and equipment utilization.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes remain in strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Danvers, MA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and production teams.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with injection molding, assembly processes, and fusing technologies.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Prior experience within the medical device manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software.
  • Hands-on experience with equipment setup and process experiments.
