What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for bioreactor systems, controllers, and process control strategies.
• Provide technical leadership during the sales lifecycle, including system design and solution configuration.
• Deliver technical training programs for biotech and academic laboratory customers.
• Troubleshoot advanced bioprocess equipment, automation platforms, and control systems.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize protocols, scale-up strategies, and technology transfer.
• Develop application notes, case studies, and white papers to highlight innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in bioprocess technology or a related lab-based position.
• Strong knowledge of mammalian and microbial cultivation techniques.
• Deep understanding of bioreactor design principles across bench, pilot, and production scales.
• Hands-on experience with control systems, sensor technology, and single-use technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel for onsite installations and demos.
