What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing technicians within a shift or unit.
• Manufacture subassemblies, components, and kits according to documented methods.
• Perform in-process testing, interpret results, and implement necessary product adjustments.
• Execute validation protocols and experiments to enhance product and process quality.
• Identify and implement CAPA and investigate root causes for production issues.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and lab cleanliness in strict accordance with SOPs and GMPs.

Requirements

• High School Degree or higher required.
• Experience working on complex machinery as a Senior Production Technician or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical procedures, write reports, and perform mathematical conversions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Cypress, California.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
