N1 CVD Maintenance Group Lead

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance group in close collaboration with the shift supervisor to drive overall area success.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures across the CVD equipment fleet.
• Manage constraint tools, set team priorities, allocate resources, and monitor day-to-day activities (Safety, Quality, 5S, cost control, parts ordering).
• Ensure and audit compliance to standard work documents and procedures.
• Drive root-cause problem solving culture and collaborate with engineering on continuous improvement projects.
• Lead effective equipment passdowns to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and participate in cross-functional/supplier meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Meet at least one education/qualification path in a technical field: Associates degree, technical certification, 2 of 4 years toward a Bachelor’s, or Bachelor’s (non-technical) plus 2+ years technical experience, or 5+ years area technical experience, or Military Technical School plus 3+ years area technical experience.
• Previous leadership experience may qualify in lieu of degree.
• Ability to multitask and align to changing priorities to support fab needs.
• Demonstrated root-cause problem solving mindset and ability to drive it with team members.
