What you will do
- Serve as the tool owner and engineer for TEL ACT-8 equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain TEL ACT-8 tracks, spinners, and associated cooling systems.
- Monitor SPC tool performance to ensure equipment operates according to technical specifications.
- Direct technicians in executing and improving the frequency and quality of preventive maintenance (PM).
- Maintain detailed equipment logs and document all repair work for audit and tracking.
- Coordinate PM timing with production personnel to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience maintaining and improving TEL tracks/spinners.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical-mechanical systems.
- Strong logical, mechanical, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and strictly adhere to written procedures.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
