Salary: $23.50/hr

What you will do

• Support enrollment for clients and maintain accurate case files and program data.
• Conduct outreach, surveys, and interviews for research projects and participant care.
• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered services and develop referral plans.
• Provide crisis support and connect clients to community-based resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Participate in staff development and team meetings to ensure program quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Phoenix, AZ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience, including 1 year with vulnerable populations.
• Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation required.
• Must possess or be eligible for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual ability in Spanish, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, or French.
• Experience in public speaking or conducting training.
• Proficiency with database management.
