What you will do

• Support the execution of studio, affiliate, and syndication partnership deals, ensuring retention and revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to manage partnership lifecycles.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partnership terms, metrics, and performance in CRM systems.
• Lead partner onboarding, guiding them through API capabilities and integration requirements.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Identify and recommend improvements to documentation and partner enablement workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in building reports and presentations.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for deal tracking and revenue forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite in Universal City, California, at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams on API-based integrations.
• Understanding of affiliate monetization models and performance metrics.
• Experience with Atlassian and Asana project management tools.
