What you will do

• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases to scale pre-sales productivity and consistency.
• Design and build internal AI solutions, including agents and multi-step workflows, to support sales processes.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for AI enablement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, IT, and Customer Office to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Track and report on adoption, ROI, and efficiency metrics using dashboards.
• Communicate progress and business impact to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, enablement, pre-sales operations, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of pre-sales or Systems Engineering environments.
• Proven success in implementing automation, AI solutions, or productivity tools.
• Experience with AI tooling, prompt flow, and API integration.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
