Salary: $184,200 – $310,458 USD

What you will do

• Define and lead the architectural vision for core ML systems, services, and platforms.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models including behavioral detection, semantic search, and graph-based solutions.
• Translate research and prototypes into scalable, maintainable production systems.
• Set and evolve ML engineering standards for experimentation, evaluation, and governance.
• Partner with platform and DevOps teams to ensure reliable data access and cost-efficient compute.
• Mentor engineers on ML system design and best practices for production AI.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in machine learning or software engineering.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, production ML systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Extensive experience with MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong foundation in data modeling, feature engineering, and experimental design.
• Must be based in the United States and available for an in-person interview.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep expertise in NLP, Behavioral Modeling, Time Series, or Graph ML.
• Experience designing reusable AI platforms supporting multiple product lines.
