Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $115,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Deploy and configure Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities for enterprise customers.
• Optimize AI-driven threat detection models and automate response workflows to reduce false positives.
• Develop AI-driven automation playbooks and scripting solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Collaborate with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and enhance vulnerability prioritization.
• Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis.
• Lead AI skills workshops and develop customer-facing technical collateral.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT deployments or customer-facing technical environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and mentor team members.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions.
• Knowledge of NLP, anomaly detection, and prompt engineering.
• Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and agent building.
• Experience with SIEM (Splunk, LogScale) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance standards like CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPPA.
