What you will do
- Provide virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages for a broad range of conditions.
- Work closely with provider and support teams within an integrated medical practice.
- Manage patient engagement through strong communication and collaboration.
- Document and deliver care using electronic medical records and clinical technology.
- Maintain Medicare status and ensure eligibility for participation in federal health programs.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active RN compact license and active multi-state licensure; Montana licensure required (multi-licensed strongly preferred).
- Residency restriction: Not eligible if residing in CA, NY, GA, TN, IL, NV, MO, AL, SC, IN, MI, OR, MA, MS, AK, DC, or HI.
- Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained RN licensure per state requirements.
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
- Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care; experience across newborn-to-adult populations.
