What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for core DDI services, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
• Develop a clear product vision centered on API-first design, embedded analytics, and integrated workflows.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges regarding scale, resiliency, and visibility.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-quality, scalable features for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle from problem definition and story mapping to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ensure go-to-market readiness and support strategic customer engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within enterprise infrastructure, networking, or platform software.
• Strong understanding of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts and modern network architecture.
• Proven experience building or managing API-first or platform-based products.
• Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system design trade-offs.
• Customer-centric mindset with experience in direct engagement with enterprise users.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Familiarity with observability, telemetry (e.g., Prometheus), or event-driven architectures.
