What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, focusing on technical feasibility and clear deliverables.
• Lead backlog management, sprint demos, and agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Leaders to define the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal products.
• Analyze field team feedback and performance data to inform backlog priorities and drive continuous product improvement.
• Review and approve technical documentation to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Field Teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a product owner or manager in the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and execute product strategies.
• Professional experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
