What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy for Developer Experience, including Autopilot, Multidev, and Upstreams.
• Drive expansion into public APIs, MCP integrations, and agentic infrastructure.
• Create a cohesive roadmap to multiply developer productivity and speed.
• Analyze developer workflows (local dev, CI/CD, deployment) to identify high-leverage opportunities.
• Establish success metrics linking developer satisfaction to business results.
• Collaborate with engineering and executive leadership to communicate strategy and progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years managing developer-facing products.
• Deep expertise in developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure.
• Experience shipping platform APIs or integrations.
• Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and influence cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience at developer platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, or Netlify.
• Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, Drupal, or modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI agents and agentic systems.
