What you will do

• Manage feature user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements in collaboration with UX design.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and Service Engineering to ensure releases meet quality and security standards.
• Track releases and manage dependencies across development labs and production cloud environments.
• Partner with Technical Writing to draft and review software release notes and documentation.
• Develop go-to-market readiness materials, including competitive battle cards and value propositions.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer-friendly content and sales-ready messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management for software, security, or communications platforms.
• Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear customer value and compelling messaging.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with secure, government, defense, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
