Salary: $84,250–$99,650 USD

What you will do

• Partner with the programming team to translate project briefs into an organized system while managing shifting priorities.
• Manage contracted copywriters and designers by conducting weekly briefing meetings and providing constructive feedback.
• Perform final-phase quality assurance for all on-platform assets prior to launch.
• Cultivate stakeholder trust through proactive project updates and expectation management.
• Assist with launching curated content and review live presence to ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to showcase content in high-visibility initiatives to match member needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York City for hybrid office presence (Tuesday–Thursday).
• Over two years of professional experience in content programming, project management, or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid design sensibility and experience working with creative teams.
