What you will do
- Coordinate editorial activity surrounding major industry events, conferences, and awards.
- Manage interview schedules, speaker availability, and editorial opportunities for event initiatives.
- Partner with editorial and events teams to align content strategy across video, social media, and audience channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with contributors, speakers, agency leaders, and industry influencers.
- Research industry trends and identify key contacts and partnership opportunities to support US market growth.
- Manage planning trackers, workflow systems, and project documentation to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in media, publishing, conferences, events, or content marketing.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Miami or New York.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the marketing, advertising, and media landscape.
- Familiarity with editorial workflows and event production processes.
- Experience using CRM, project management, or editorial management platforms.
- Understanding of audience engagement and content distribution strategies.
