What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership for commercial operations programs, ensuring delivery excellence, operational stability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and lead complex project portfolios and managed services engagements.
- Build reporting and governance processes, including executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and KPI measurement for performance transparency.
- Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics and operational insights to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and improve program performance.
- Design and oversee scalable operating models, processes, and controls across domains such as incentive compensation, CRM, field enablement, territory design, and master data.
- Lead and develop commercial operations teams, mentoring consultants and analysts and strengthening capabilities in reporting, analytics, and data storytelling.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial operations, consulting, analytics, managed services, or related functions, including 2–3 years leading teams/programs/client engagements.
- Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial data ecosystems (provider, patient, claims, prescriptions, specialty pharmacy, hub, CRM, master data) and how data drives commercial strategy.
- Proven experience designing reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, KPI measurement, and operational governance processes.
- Strong understanding of commercial operations functions including commercial analytics, incentive compensation, field enablement, CRM, master data management, territory design, patient services, and commercial data strategy.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment and collaborating with US-based clients and stakeholders.
