What you will do

• Manage and support retailer accounts participating in the BookScan panel.
• Recruit new retailers and handle onboarding and offboarding processes to grow the panel.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights by analyzing multiple data sources.
• Ensure data accuracy through weekly quality checks, issue resolution, and regular retailer audits.
• Provide training, presentations, and workshops to help clients maximize the value of BookScan services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance product offerings and integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in panel management, account management, or consultative sales.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in data visualization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience in publishing, bookselling, or market research.
• Experience with Power BI.
