What you will do

• Work independently on ERP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders during short-term engagements.
• Identify issues and risks, and report to the Project Manager with suggested direction.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and anticipate impacts to estimates and project budgets.
• Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on schedule.
• Apply deep functional knowledge of ERP modules aligned to the certification track.

Requirements

• Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time.
• Ability to create work plans, identify resource requirements, set priorities, and monitor task performance.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting concepts.
• Travel up to 50–60% depending on customer needs.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success.
• Knowledge of manufacturing-specific ERP software systems.
• Understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process (Quote to Cash).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
