Location: Daly City, CA (Onsite Preferred). Remote candidates may be considered, but must be available during Pacific Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Bridges interfaces and Mirth Connect channels.
• Perform root cause analysis on interface failures, HL7 message errors, and data integrity issues.
• Build, modify, test, and deploy healthcare interfaces utilizing HL7 standards.
• Configure and maintain interface transformations and routing logic within Mirth Connect.
• Utilize Epic Sherlock and monitoring tools to identify and resolve interface issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support integration requirements.

Requirements

• Current Epic Bridges Certification required prior to start date.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Bridges and healthcare interface analyst experience.
• Strong experience with Mirth Connect, including JavaScript transformers and channel development.
• Solid understanding of HL7 v2.x messaging standards and segment structures.
• Must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with DICOM integrations and radiology workflows (PACS, RIS).
• Familiarity with FQHC, ambulatory care, or community healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of FHIR-based integrations and Epic interoperability solutions.
• Experience working with Jira or comparable ticket management platforms.
