What you will do

• Act as the technical owner for Health Cloud, translating business needs into solution designs, builds, and deployments with high autonomy.
• Design and optimize complex automations using Flows and lightweight Apex for Network Contracts and Provider Relationships.
• Manage external integrations (Medscout, Docusign) while ensuring 100% compliance with Legal, Security, and Compliance standards.
• Drive user adoption through peer demos and office hours.
• Maintain network data quality via governance reports, dashboards, validations, and regular audits.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries for all major enhancements.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with both Data Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Proven track record of running end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in advanced automation and process design using Flows and Apex.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, integrations, and governance.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Consultant certification.
• Experience in medical or insurance industries with robust HIPAA compliance standards.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, Lucid, Docusign, and Medscout.
