What you will do

• Conduct thorough research on properties using public records, MLS databases, and tax assessor websites.
• Gather and organize data on comparable properties and market conditions to support valuations.
• Assist in preparing appraisal reports by entering researched data into specialized software.
• Monitor and analyze local real estate market trends and regulatory changes affecting property values.
• Collaborate with appraisers to ensure all required property data is documented and available for review.
• Maintain and organize property files, research notes, and databases systematically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an industry-related field.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in real estate research and/or market analysis.
• Experience in data entry, data management, and time series analysis or forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Must be based in the USA.
