What you will do
- Provide direct client service and account support in a high-volume production environment to meet SLAs.
- Manage process queues and complex inventory lines for premium property loan portfolios.
- Conduct intricate research, data analysis, and investigations for complex property tax cases.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to fill data gaps and solve operational challenges.
- Perform advanced reporting and manipulate complex datasets within database systems.
- Contribute to organizational growth through continuous improvement projects and peer mentorship of junior members.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in client operations, mortgage servicing, property tax data production, or banking operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume task inventories and meeting strict SLAs.
- Technical proficiency in conducting research, manipulating datasets, and compiling complex reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
