What you will do

• Provide direct client service and account support in a high-volume production environment to meet SLAs.
• Manage process queues and complex inventory lines for premium property loan portfolios.
• Conduct intricate research, data analysis, and investigations for complex property tax cases.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to fill data gaps and solve operational challenges.
• Perform advanced reporting and manipulate complex datasets within database systems.
• Contribute to organizational growth through continuous improvement projects and peer mentorship of junior members.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in client operations, mortgage servicing, property tax data production, or banking operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume task inventories and meeting strict SLAs.
• Technical proficiency in conducting research, manipulating datasets, and compiling complex reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.
