Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dallas, TX (Hybrid-remote role)

What you will do

• Facilitate business requirement discovery with clients to enable timely and insightful decision-making.
• Translate complex client needs into detailed technical specifications and data extract requirements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for custom data extracts and new standard data products.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Data Delivery teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of standardized data layouts and packages.
• Coordinate issue resolution across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business or Process Analyst in the real estate or related industry.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into complete, deliverable technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience working as a member of a distributed team.
• Deep domain knowledge in real estate economy sectors such as mortgage servicing, property insurance, or credit.

Nice to have

• Experience authoring SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Python, Tableau, and Google Cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Big Data, Cloud, and Machine Learning concepts.
