What you will do

  • Review SEC filings and proxy statements to maintain data integrity for executive compensation programs.
  • Verify the application of client voting policies and prepare detailed summaries of voting results.
  • Communicate compensation methodologies and analytical outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical tools and models to conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments.
  • Support the broader research team on data-driven projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive compensation research.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. executive compensation issues and governance norms.
  • Proficiency in reading comprehension and compensation-related modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
