Salary: $146,530 - $323,890 per year

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of medium to large Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or Design Build projects, managing risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead pursuit activities, proposal strategy development, and risk identification in collaboration with sales.
• Manage and mentor multi-discipline teams of engineers from schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, staffing plans, and detailed financial forecasting.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanded scope.
• Manage the project Change Management Program and present monthly reviews to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Manufacturing, with a preference for Semi-conductor or Food & Beverage sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing client invoicing and project profitability.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
