Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently manage projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding to facilitate efficient handling and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and BI.
• Permanent US work authorization (no current or future sponsorship provided).
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
