TL;DR

Life Sciences Solutions Consultant (CRM & Data Management): Support the implementation, configuration, administration, and integration of CRM and related field-facing platforms for commercial and medical teams with an accent on scalable CRM configuration, data flows, and integrations. Focus on building and governing high-quality customer data, troubleshooting and monitoring data feeds, and delivering CRM enhancements, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Location: Yardley, PA, USA

Salary: USD 150,000 - USD 180,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead client meetings and demonstrations, document business requirements, and translate requirements into technical CRM solutions.
  • Implement, configure, and administer CRM and related content/data/integration initiatives.
  • Manage CRM data feeds and integrations (troubleshooting, monitoring, and recommending best practices).
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate, recommend, and deliver CRM, data, and related technology solutions.
  • Execute CRM enhancements, integrations, reporting, and data quality/governance initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations, commercial systems, CRM administration, or related data management roles.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience configuring Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce.com-based applications plus CRM integrations in pharmaceutical commercial and/or medical environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in configuration and administration of Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce.com, and related Veeva Commercial applications, including support for cross-platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of data integration mechanisms including APIs, flat files, and scheduled data feeds.
  • Experience with data analysis using tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, and/or OCE.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts and customer data governance in life sciences environments.
