What you will do

• Build AI-powered automations for core People workflows including recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.
• Translate workflow specifications into functional, tested, and deployed automated solutions.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to deploy agentic workflows and skills.
• Integrate automations with enterprise tools like Workday, Jira, and Microsoft 365 using APIs.
• Deliver functional MVPs, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• Document technical builds to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build and ship automations in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT for workflow automation.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems, Workday strongly preferred.
• Ability to explain technical builds to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the continental US.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Light scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apps Script.
• Background in People Operations or HR technology.
